Students that have not:
- Paid in full
- Been awarded financial aid to cover their total expenses, or
- Signed up for a Monthly Payment Plan through Tuition Manage-ment Systems http://www.afford.com/ptloma to cover their total ex-penses
by the due date (see Statements for deadlines) will have a late fee imposed on their accounts. Late fees are 1% of the student’s balance (not including any pending aid) and will be charged monthly until the student has made one of the above arrangements to pay the balance. It is important that students make payment arrange-ments early on in the semester to avoid late fees.
Late Fee Schedule#For students who register later on in the term, if the next late fee is within 21 days, the student will not be charged a late fee. The student would be subject to the next applicable late fee.
